The building, surrounded by olive trees, consists of six confortable apartments, three units on two floors; it's located in Capo Vaticano, directly on Calabria's Tyrrhenian Coast, the villa is just 9 km from Tropea, which is a renowned tourist destination.
The distance to the sea is approximately 500 meters. The closest beaches are Santa Maria and Grotticelle, which are the most famous beaches on the so-called Coast of the Gods.
Location
Each apartment has two bedrooms, a large living room with kitchenette and a bathroom with shower. The kitchenette is equipped with pots, cutlery, crockery, fridge and oven, and in the inside of apartment there are a flat led tv and a safe.
Each ground floor apartments have a comfortable outdoor space with open veranda, to be used to enjoy eating and relaxing, surrounded by the green of olive grove and his the fresh shadow; those upstairs have each a spacious terrace overlooking the olive grove with the possibility to eat and relax watching the sea on the horizon.
The outside area is equipped with tables, chairs, barbecue, deckchairs as well as outdoor showers.

Mr. Giovanni made us feel at ease straight away. He's extremely friendly, and we'd trust him again if we return. We had a wonderful week at Casa Vacanza Sangeni. The apartment was comfortable and clean, just like the photos, and well placed for visiting the beautiful beaches all along the Costa degli Dei. I recommend it to anyone looking for a holiday. Thank you, a piece of our hearts will stay in this beautiful region!

We came as a family group, 4 adults, 3 🐶♿️✅️, and had a perfect holiday home. It's accessible and pet friendly, with parking, outdoor showers, and loungers for each apartment so you can enjoy the sun whenever you like. The apartments are clean, quiet, and carefully prepared for arrivals. They have air conditioning, a TV, cooking essentials, a fridge with freezer compartment, and a private gated veranda. Bring your own bed and kitchen linens, or request them there for a fee. Marco and Giovanni are exceptional hosts. This year they've added Wi-Fi and a delicious BBQ. What I love most is the silence once you walk through the gate. Time seems to slow down, and it's easy to switch off and find peace. There's also a beach shuttle, and the place is just a short drive from some of the most beautiful beaches in the world. The apartment sits on what I think is the prettiest stretch of the coast, and the Costa degli Dei name, Coast of the Gods, feels fitting. This coast has surprises in its nature, food and wine, and culture. It's a perfect place to enjoy this beautiful part of southern Italy. We always return to places where we've felt good. Mr. Giovanni deserves a special thank you. He's fantastic, kind, and helpful, and his warm presence and hospitality stand out above everything else, though the rest is impressive too. The apartment is well kept, with plenty of space inside and out. It's convenient for the beach, and a short drive gets you to the train station. From there, the regional train makes it easy to reach the beautiful beaches around Capo Vaticano. Spilinga, known for its 'Nduja sausage, is nearby too. Highly recommended if you want a holiday apartment where you can feel at home.

So peaceful, tucked among olive trees and just a short walk from beautiful Santa Maria beach. The lovely beaches along the Costa degli Dei are close by, as is Tropea, the coast's pearl. Giovanni, thank you for the warm welcome that southern Italians are known for, and for always being ready to make our stay feel magical.

Casa Vacanze Sangeni is well placed for driving to nearby towns and beaches and getting to know Calabrian culture. We also really liked the terrace. The house was clean and had what we needed for a lovely holiday, and the owner was kind and very helpful. 🌊😉
