The restaurant was a bright spot: portions were generous and the food very good. The chef and Ilaria, the waitress, were friendly and welcoming, and breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The rooms were much worse than the apartments, small and not very clean. There were ants and spiders, sometimes even crawling onto the bed. Giuseppe, the owner, was cold and unfriendly, and we didn't feel welcome. Cleanliness and the relationship between staff and guests both need work. Also, the residence looks quite different from the photos, so please update them.

We had a good week, splitting our time between the pool and visits to the villages of Capo Vaticano. The pool was good, and the family running the place were kind. The restaurant and the value for money were other strong points. There's construction work in progress, and people trying to do everything themselves may find that difficult. The bungalows are more like two stars, while the apartments feel like four, so I averaged the two and added a star for the positives. I'd recommend it to a family with a reduced-stay permit.

We had a spacious room and bathroom, and they supplied everything: towels, sheets, pillows, soap, and a hairdryer. The room was cleaned every morning. Breakfast came with giant croissants 😊 and plenty more, and if anything was missing you could just ask. It's a charming spot among banana trees, with very kind, welcoming owners. I'd also recommend the restaurant for its generous and tasty fish and meat menus.

The owners were so kind and helpful, and breakfast was excellent. The residence is in a great spot, about 500 meters from the Capo Vaticano lighthouse. Our apartment was practical and very clean, with a well-equipped kitchen, and the beds and pillows were comfortable.

Being close to the sea and restaurants was a real plus. The residence itself was lovely, and the owner and family made us feel incredibly welcome. Everything was spotless, and breakfast was genuinely delicious.
