Quiet countryside surrounds this clean, simple place, and it’s well placed for trips to Perugia, Assisi, and some of Umbria’s prettiest towns. The owner is cheerful and helpful while still giving you space, and made us feel at home.

When my partner became too ill to travel, they kindly didn’t charge us anything. That small gesture meant a lot during a difficult time. They treated us like people first, business owners second. We hope to visit as soon as our health lets us.

Breakfast was generous, with homemade food, and we even bought some of their excellent olive oil. The room was spotless and cozy, with very comfortable beds. This family-run B&B sits quietly in the countryside, close to both Perugia and Assisi. Everyone was friendly and full of helpful tips, and we felt warmly welcomed.

Roberta and Marco are lovely, and so are their girls. Roberta was especially helpful, and the homemade cakes were delicious. The farmhouse is peaceful, surrounded by the green Umbrian countryside, and makes a handy base for the main sights. Everything was very clean in the fully renovated building. My nephew, who worked as a sommelier in Milan, spent a whole year here to get away from the stress of city life and had a great time. We recommend it for families with children, or anyone wanting a homely atmosphere. Go without hesitation.
