Residence Pantaleo

We came expecting two nights and ended up staying a whole week, thanks in large part to Saverio and his niece Maria. Both are wonderful and always ready to help. The place itself is spotless and so quiet at night, with no outside noise. The scenery is gorgeous, and if you're driving, the charming local beaches are only a few minutes away. The one sad part was having to leave. Francesco and Barbara.

Room 12 worked out so well for us that we'll definitely return. We were there for a week, and the apartment was clean, with a sea view from the balcony. The owner was helpful and kind, and Grotticelle beach is just a short drive away. There are two supermarkets, a tobacconist, an ATM, and several convenience shops nearby. We also made use of the daily-cleaned pool and the barbecue. It's listed as a 2-star residence, but we'd give it 5. Great value for money. Best wishes, Gaia and Maurizio 😘 👍

The terrace had a lovely view of Stromboli, and the garden was beautifully kept, with a pool. I spent a wonderful week among Calabria's olive trees and vegetable gardens. Our apartment was spacious, comfortable, clean, and had everything needed for cooking. It's a quiet place, a few minutes by car from Capo Vaticano's beaches and close to Tropea.

The sunsets across Stromboli are hard to put into words, and the apartment itself was great, a studio with every comfort and a magnificent view. My partner and I first booked for early July, then shifted our stay to early September because of some issues. The owner was really kind: he had our room ready before check-in, explained how everything worked, and said we could take whatever we liked from his little garden. The main drawback is getting around. Without a car, it's difficult, since the place is on the road and far from the town center.
