A cool villaggio, very clean, with good food. It's far from civilisation, though, and a taxi to the next town costs 30 euros. After dinner there's nothing to do, no variety or music, so you just read your book and go to bed. Thanks to Antonella at reception for being kind. She was the only one speaking English and smiling.
Great value for the price, with nice staff and delicious food. The rooms look quite old, but the maids clean them very well every day. Recommend!
It's right by the beach, just a 30-second walk to the private beach within the compound. Capo Vaticano and its public beaches are a 5-10 minute drive away. The food is great if you take half or full pension, and the staff are incredibly nice and always glad to help as much as they can. Getting around the region might be a bit complicated without basic Italian.
The outside of the place is very nice, while the rooms are average. A few small things cost it points for me. For three guests, they provided only two sets of towels, and there was no soap or shampoo. To use the bar, you need a hotel card that costs one euro, and they don't return the money when you leave the hotel and hand it back. They helped with our baggage when we arrived, but not when we left. There was also a rough walk outside that's hard to cross with a lot of bags. I think these little things could make a guest happier.
We had a great week with the family. The sea view was unforgettable, and both the service and food were excellent.
