Getting around was easy, whether by train, just a 5-minute walk away, or by car, with the autostrada exit nearby. The apartments also have parking, a real bonus in Riccione. They're close to the main sights, less than 5 minutes on foot from the beach, with a park right nearby and Viale Dante and Ceccarini just a few minutes away. My apartment had been completely renovated to a high standard, with brand-new, quality furnishings and everything I needed and more. The owner/company was very helpful and even let me use the swimming pool at the hotel he also manages. I had a great visit and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the place or come back. Thanks!

Everything was new, modern, and thoughtfully supplied, from spices and pasta to laundry detergent and cleaning products. The apartment was top-notch, and we were thrilled with it. Check-in was at a nearby hotel, where we had to leave a €300 cash deposit that was returned when we checked out. Just a heads-up about that. The location was excellent, around a 5-minute walk from the center, yet it was completely quiet, perhaps thanks to the soundproof windows.

The staff were professional, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. The property is new, carefully maintained, and clearly set up with guests' comfort in mind. We found everything we needed, whether for a weekend or a month. Arcioun apartments are right by Viale Ceccarini, the marina, and the beaches. I'd recommend them to everyone.

We found it all very pleasant. The bakery at the start of the street had delicious bombe and croissants for breakfast each morning. We stayed for 10 days at the end of August in the three-room apartment with attic. There were four of us, including our two adult children, and each had a double bedroom. The place was new, comfortable, tastefully furnished, and in a great location. Highly recommend it!

Emiliano and Alessandro were so helpful with all our requests, and we were warmly welcomed with lots of kindness and courtesy. The new apartment had everything we needed, including air conditioning and a very modern TV, which was great when traveling with kids. Everyday basics were already there too, like coffee pods, milk, water, and pasta. Highly recommend it!
