The beach is close, and they provide towels for the beach chairs and even gave us a branded beach bag as a gift. The owner and staff were very polite and spoke English fluently. The hotel was lovely, quiet and clean, with an excellent breakfast. The price was very fair. I'll definitely come back.

Olly, the hotel dog, was always a lovely sight, and the staff were friendly. The hotel itself was nice, but we had no hot water for three days, so I couldn't rate it higher.

The rooms were pleasant and everything seemed clean, and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was included, though the bread was dry and there were no vegetables.

My son's stay at Hotel Carlton with his team was a terrible experience. The rooms were overcrowded, with five people sleeping in spaces meant for two. The air conditioning and minibar didn't work, and some rooms had no towels. The windows were dirty too. Breakfast was embarrassing, with few items that often ran out without being replaced. Lunch and dinner portions were too small to feed everyone, and drinks came in plastic cups. For what I paid, I expected basic amenities. It's a stay we'd rather forget.
