Hotel Mon Pays

The room was comfortable and clean, and I came away very satisfied with my stay from September 9th to 12th. Breakfast had a big, varied buffet, while lunch and dinner were excellent, with plenty of raw and cooked vegetables. The wait staff were warm, friendly, and helpful. I especially remember Francesco, who was sociable and really good at his job. I’d recommend the hotel, and I’ll certainly come back when I’m in the area again.

We really enjoyed our three days at the Mon Pays Hotel and are sure we’ll return. The rooms were spacious and very clean, with a big bathroom. The hotel faces the main avenue and is only 100 meters from the beach. Staff were welcoming, kind, cheerful, and very knowledgeable. Special mention to the chef: the food was excellent and there was plenty of it, which you can’t always count on.

For me, summer doesn’t feel like summer without a holiday in Riccione. I hope to celebrate my 30th anniversary at the Hotel Mon Pays again, and I’ll be back as soon as I can. After six years, it felt right to finally write about it. I’d spent 30 YEARS at another hotel in Riccione, and I remember telling Raffaella, one of the wonderful owners and now a friend, that changing hotels would be quite a challenge. She said it would be, too. But here I found that lovely Romagna hospitality again. Signora Rita, her daughters Daniela and Raffaella, and her granddaughter Alice run the place beautifully, welcoming guests into a home that’s kept immaculate and makes you feel at ease. They’ve also brought together a terrific team. Chef Francesco cooks everything so well, and head waiter Francesco remembers what everyone likes at breakfast and brings us our favorite hot drink as soon as we wake up. Debora at reception greets us with a lovely smile and is always attentive and ready to help.

Francesco, our waiter, was especially kind and helpful, and the reception staff were just as lovely. I spent a week here and would happily do it again. The food was excellent, the location great, and the rooms were always clean.
