Hotel Colombo

The rooms were so small they felt almost claustrophobic, with hardly any room to move or put luggage. In summer heat, air conditioning costs €10 a day, which is absurd for something that should be included. Staff seemed unfriendly and bothered by requests, with little empathy or willingness to help. Breakfast was poor too, with few choices and low-quality food. My stay at Hotel Colombo in Riccione was disappointing in every respect. I wouldn't recommend it, especially for the price, since Riccione has plenty of better options.

The room was unbearable, so I left before checkout. It was so hot I felt like I was melting, and when I called reception about the air conditioning not working, they said I had to pay for it. The bathroom was tiny and claustrophobic, and hygiene was nonexistent. The bed, floor, and closet were disgraceful, worse than Rebibbia prison. The staff, at least, were incredibly friendly. There was also a problem right when I arrived: after booking a single room by phone, I was told it had been sold out for two hours, so I ended up paying almost double for a double room with a balcony for single use. One star feels generous! 🏨🚫😱🤢

The location was fantastic, and my friends and I had a great stay. Our cozy, clean rooms were tidied every morning, and the air conditioning worked perfectly.

It's a 2-star hotel, and the rooms and bathrooms aren't dream-worthy. But it's right in the center of Viale Ceccarini, has parking, and sits 50 meters from the sea. It was clean, and the staff were polite and helpful. If you want 4-star rooms, look for a 4-star place and expect to pay accordingly.
