Enjoy Hotel

We spent two nights here over New Year’s Eve, and the four-star rating reflects the value for money. It’s a good fit if you’re looking for a budget stay, especially with a group of young people. Every room has a private bathroom, though some lack a shower stall, plus a TV and effective air conditioning. Breakfast is minimal, but we had fresh croissants during our stay. The staff are very friendly, available around the clock and ready to help with any need.

There were five of us with our little dog, and we felt so welcome. The rooms were clean, breakfast was great, and everything we needed was there. The sea is only a few steps away, with conveniences like a mini market close by. The owner also gave us great suggestions for places to eat. We’ll definitely return. Highly recommend it!

We found the service poor. Our room was dirty and had no hot water, and when we politely asked for the room we’d paid for, the response was very rude. We’re objective people, but for these prices there are better hotels with qualified, polite staff. Watch out for surprises.

The room was cramped with beds, though the broken shutters let in plenty of light. Everything else felt like a jumble: connecting balconies, loincloths, cowhide blankets, and towels that seemed less absorbent than gauze. The bathroom was the worst, with a swampy feel and a floor that didn’t seem waterproof. The shower drain was clogged with human hair, apparently left by people who’d been scammed by Booking. Even the welcome was hard to make sense of, and entering the pink former hostel with its heart-shaped keys only made us more curious. The beds looked like a field that Hotel Transylvania 3 couldn’t compete with. PANTANAL fits both the name and the place. Rating: 2.5.
