Hotel ABC

The rooms are on the small side and a bit mediocre, but they’re comfortable given the location. The service for meals was nice.

Good price and close to the beach. I liked the staff, and there was lots of special food at breakfast.

Top-notch.

The beach is very close, and Viale Dante, with its shops and restaurants, is an easy stroll away. You can rent a bike each day for a small deposit, which seems fair, and ride to the gym or water park about 2 kilometers away. There’s also an entertainer for the children most evenings, plus family events on some nights, with things like cake, a Nutella party, or cotton candy. I’ve been coming back to the Ciapparelli family for several years because staying at the ABC Hotel feels like a real chance to relax. I have celiac disease and lactose intolerance, and here I feel at home and, as I put it, normal. I can eat along with everyone else at every meal. Breakfast is especially good for me, with all sorts of treats: cakes, lactose-free cappuccino, waffles, juice, yogurt, fruit, cornflakes, croissants, and filled doughnuts. It’s all gluten-free and lactose-free. What more could I want? The welcome starts with booking and continues through arrival and the whole stay. Everyone is friendly and ready to help. Mauro Ciapparelli, the boss, is a legend at sorting out the room and especially the parking. Elisa visits EVERY table EVERY day at lunch to see how things are going, wish people a pleasant stay, and hear about anything that needs fixing. The rooms suit different needs, and the staff are worth trying, especially if you have dietary requirements like I do.
