Hotel Kursaal

We came away completely satisfied after a week-long all-inclusive stay. The restaurant was clean and tidy, the food was good, and the portions were more than enough. Our room and the common areas were clean too. The reception staff were friendly. Martina was always kind to our 1.5-year-old daughter, and Giuseppe looked after us adults while keeping an eye on our little one. Alice kept the kids entertained with games and crafts. I spent August here with my family. The real strength is the staff, especially our go-to waiter, Mattia. The cuisine was high quality and made with fresh produce. Hotel Kursaal is also in a great spot, just steps from the beach, 100 meters from Viale Dante, and 20 minutes from Viale Ceccarini. I've tried many 3-star hotels in Riccione, and this one is a cut above the rest.

Our dog, Aby, was welcome too, and the spacious, clean room worked well for us. There's a large pool with a hot tub and a lifeguard always available. Right on the seafront and close to Viale Dante and Viale Ceccarini, it's a hotel I highly recommend. We chose it by chance and were more than satisfied. The menu was excellent and there was plenty of food. The reception staff greeted us warmly on arrival. Thanks to the owner, her fabulous mother, her daughter, and Martina, who was always attentive and helpful. Grazia, whom we already knew, was our culinary tutor, and the restaurant staff deserve a mention too.

The kitchen has a truly talented, knowledgeable chef, and the food is always plentiful and carefully prepared. Everyone is kind and professional. Special mention to Mr. Giuseppe, the waiter, who's always capable and kind. Well done. This will be my hotel for years to come. It's a beautiful hotel overlooking the sea, with comfortable rooms and large showers.
