8/10
Affordable, well located, and the staff are friendly. Breakfast was decent too. Just be prepared for noise from parties on the floor and from neighboring rooms. The walls are thin, the rooms are very small, and the amenities are quite old. You get what you pay for. It's a reasonable option for a night or a weekend hangout, but I wouldn't choose it for a family's longer stay.

We pulled in after hours of driving and were glad to find the place so clean. The staff were really friendly and keen to help, and breakfast had a lovely selection. The building has also been refurbished recently. Great value for the money.

2/10
The toilets were awful: cramped, with no ventilation, a broken flush, and such a bad smell I couldn't even go in. The promised bunk bed was broken, so I had to sleep straight on the hard concrete floor. I asked the staff politely for help, then waited all day, but nobody came. My back was hurting badly after that night. Almost everything about the place was horrible. I don't like complaining, but I really felt robbed.

For the price, this is very good value: decent rooms, a good breakfast, private parking nearby, and a location almost on the seafront. The big drawback is how thin the walls are. You can hear what's going on in every room and out in the corridor.

The location is great, and the staff are so friendly. The managers are capable and really warm people too. A very nice hotel.
