We loved the private balcony, the TV with streaming, and the charming lobby and patio. The included breakfast was a great bonus. Such a clean little gem!

The thing that stood out most was the service. At breakfast, cappuccino reached our table in no time, and reception did its best to meet every request. The staff were patient, respectful, and really friendly. They even greeted our children from afar. The hotel is in a quiet area, with very clean rooms and the beach just a few minutes away. Breakfast was plentiful too. We'll remember this holiday fondly for a long time. Thank you.

The food was varied and excellent, and everyone was welcoming and friendly. A special thanks to Chiara, our waitress, who made it so easy to get anything we needed. We were also just about two minutes from the sea and several beach clubs. The hotel has a special arrangement with two of them. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

The owner made us feel welcome right away, and the staff were just as kind. We stayed two nights and were very happy with the cleanliness, breakfast, and location. Highly recommend.

The location is near the sea, in Riccione's beautiful Abyssinia area. It's a well-kept, very touristy neighborhood, but away from the chaos of Viale Ceccherini. The room was on the small side, as you'd expect at a Riviera hotel, but very clean, with a functional bathroom and good Wi-Fi. The bed was comfortable and breakfast was plentiful. The hotel is spotless, and the staff are exemplary.
