Hotel Rita

Mrs. Nives, the owner, was attentive to what guests needed, friendly, and very helpful. The staff were prompt and kind as well. We were just two minutes from the sea, and our room was spotless and spacious, with a TV, air conditioning, toiletries, two pillows, and a balcony. The food was excellent, with different dishes each day.

The service, cleanliness, and courtesy from the staff, especially the owner, make this feel like a 5-star hotel, regardless of its official stars. It’s very close to the sea and offers discounted parking. Thanks so much for the hospitality. We’ll definitely be back.

Mrs. Nives, the owner, and the staff were especially kind and attentive. Breakfast was varied and generous: fruit, jam, Nutella, croissants, delicious doughnuts, butter biscuits made by the chef, cake, yogurt, cereals, tea, coffee, cappuccino, ham, and cheese. The chef will also make eggs or pancakes if you ask. I stayed B&B, and in July the bicycles were free to use and working. It’s a quiet, fairly clean hotel, with a spacious room and clean bathroom. The shower was a little small and hard to turn around in, but manageable. The furniture, doors, fixtures, and air conditioning are dated, though everything works. The closet and drawers smelled of mold. The air-conditioning motor sat outside on the balcony, rusty and leaky, with a small clothesline about a meter long underneath. I couldn’t hang anything there because water dripped onto it.

A clean, family-run two-star hotel with good food and reasonable prices. It’s near the beach and downtown. Mrs. Nivea makes you feel right at home.
