Luxury Suites Collection - Shantung

I’m here for work and currently staying in one of the suites in Riccione. I didn’t expect to find service this impeccable. The suite was beautiful and incredibly comfortable, and the cleanliness was more thorough than I usually find in hotel accommodations. The staff were professional, kind and courteous, and responded promptly. I’ll definitely come back.

The flexible key return was really convenient with our early morning departure. I also mentioned a couple of small issues during the stay, and the staff handled them quickly and professionally, showing real attention to guests’ needs. Annalisa and the rest of the staff were kind, helpful and always attentive. My family and I had a wonderful time at Luxury Suites Collection. The apartment was spacious, clean, well maintained and comfortable, just right for a relaxing stay. Absolutely positive experience. I recommend Luxury Suites Collection and will certainly stay there again.

A really good experience: the room was very clean and nicely finished, the prices were fair, and the staff were courteous.

I love design, so these super luxury designer apartments were right up my street. They’re beautiful, very comfortable, and some have sea views. The beds were comfortable too. Check-in is automated, and they sent clear instructions on WhatsApp. Well done, well done, well done! Recommended.
