The overall service was terrible, despite one of the owners, Piero, always being available with information and for various problems. On a personal level I have fond memories of him, but that doesn't change my view of the hotel. Read the negative reviews and you'll understand why. The room was dirty, with dust and what looked like feces marks on the toilet seat. Fixtures came loose and stayed in your hand. When I reported them, I was told someone would come look, but nothing was fixed. The toilet is right beside the shower, and the drain DOESN'T WORK, so you have to use the shower to clean your bowels. I don't know how the cleaning lady cleans, but at home I wear gloves to disinfect where needed. There wasn't much choice at meals, though a few dishes I tried weren't bad. Breakfast was all prepackaged items and burnt coffee. The coffee I ordered four times was rancid. This hotel is shameful.

The staff really make this place. They were outstanding in their welcome, hospitality, and kindness, and their helpfulness makes up for the facility's limits. It's a simple hotel: no air conditioning, just ceiling fans, and the shower is on the floor with no base. There's no fridge in the room and parking spaces are limited. Still, the stay includes entry to Beach Village, a great extra, about a 12-minute walk or 900 meters away. The beach is nearby too, a four-minute walk or 290 meters.

We were there for a week with six friends and had a really positive stay. We booked full board and the food was excellent: a generous appetizer buffet, then three courses, first course, second course, and dessert. The waiters were friendly and helpful. It's a perfect location, near the main streets and only three minutes from the sea, with sun loungers and umbrellas included. The area is quiet at night, and the outdoor spaces are great for relaxing and spending time together. Rooms and bathrooms are a bit dated but clean and functional for the affordable price. Towels were changed when requested, and the cleaning ladies were always kind.

The one thing I'd point out is that the sheets and towels weren't changed regularly. Apart from that, our week away with six friends was really pleasant. I especially liked the food at every meal, and the young waiter was super friendly and helpful. The staff in general were very welcoming, and we all enjoyed the stay.

The food was a real highlight for our soccer team, plentiful, varied, and delicious, with something to suit everyone's tastes. The common areas were welcoming and well looked after, good places to relax and chat. Rooms were comfortable and clean, just right for unwinding after games. From the moment we arrived in Riccione for the tournament, the staff greeted us warmly and were always ready to help. We were very happy with the whole experience and would recommend the hotel for a vacation or a sports event. A big thank you to the staff for their hospitality and great service.
