We've stayed here five times now and think of the staff as friends. It's clean and friendly, with a lovely pool and a superb breakfast. 👌

I wouldn't recommend this hotel. The pool water was freezing, with no heating, and the cracked floor and steps in and out felt extremely dangerous. There was no security or lifeguard, though the owner can watch the cameras. I wouldn't go back. The rooms are tiny and not very clean, with sand on the bed. The bathroom is like a closet, and the toilet sits right beside the shower area, which has no stall. If one person showers, a partner in the bathroom has to be careful not to get soaked. I'd give the place three stars.

The location was exceptional, just steps from the sea, and there were bakeries, bars, a coin laundry, and a mini market close by. The partner beach club was even nearer, with water slides, pools, umbrellas, and loungers. The hotel pool also has a slide. Breakfast was fantastic, with a huge choice of sweet and savory food, and plenty of time to enjoy it without rushing. We were there the first week of August. We had booked a room for four and had a newborn, but it was really small, and the bathroom was even tinier, with the shower practically over the toilet. That was the only downside for me, and I'd still happily stay here again if I returned to Riccione. The staff were super friendly, from reception to the dining room, and the cleaning lady was so kind and helpful. I recommend it.

The indoor pool was a nice extra, and breakfast was good, especially the homemade cakes. Rooms were clean, but the bathroom was a letdown. It was tiny, with a small shower and a little drain that needs to be cleared with a squeegee after each use. The hotel is close to the center and has a special arrangement with a well-equipped, clean beach that seems particularly nice for families with kids.
