We came across this lovely place by chance on a trip down Italy's coast, an unexpected stop during our Adriatic Sea visit. It had a lovely ocean view, excellent service and breakfast, and secure parking. My only complaint was that there was no AC, but we could open the door in the evening and enjoy the sea breeze.

The hotel is modern and really nice, with attractive design and plants and palm trees in the indoor and outdoor common areas. We spent 4 nights in a spacious, modern room with a balcony and sea view. The view was spectacular, and we could even see the sunrise from the balcony. There were lots of fancy lights, big mirrors, and curtains you could control with buttons from bed. Some finishes showed wear, like light switches coming out of the walls, but otherwise the room was clean and nice. The underground parking had large spaces. Breakfast was rich in choices, with delicious bakery items and kind waiters. The pool wasn't especially modern or large, but it was more than enough and never too crowded. The beach is a few steps away. There are dedicated sunbeds, but they aren't included in the price and are really expensive.

We visited for a week in September, though unfortunately that was the end of the season and the pool was closed. The bikes were free to use, and the beach, with its lovely smooth sand, was only a couple of minutes away on foot. The staff didn't speak good English, but the restaurant staff were so funny, friendly, and nice, and the waiters made us feel very welcome. And the food! So amazing, incredibly tasty and presented so nicely. You could stay just for the food. We also met the Al Pacino look-alike. I highly recommend the place and would love to go back.

Good value, and easy parking. Michelangelo Riccione is well located, close to everything, just steps from the sea and promenade. The staff are efficient, and the place is clean. The gourmet food, Spa, and swimming pool are all a pleasure. The pool isn't very large, but it's enough. Don't miss a stay here!

We had a great time here with friends, children, and pets. The restaurant serves delicious lunch and dinner, and the themed evenings were fun each time we stayed. One was a Romanien cuisine night with lazania, sea food, costumed staff, and a musician in the restaurant. The refurbished rooms are modern and smart. We just missed having a coffee station.
