The rooms were run-down and missing all the amenities they should have, which made the very high price feel like a real trap. The beds were dirty, and one of the two air conditioners kept malfunctioning, dripping black water onto a dresser and all the clothes inside it. They kept part of our €200 security deposit for reasons that weren't clear, even though we'd left the property clean and hadn't used the towels or anything else. The hours were very restrictive for a place right by the sea, making it hard to get around or plan anything.

The apartments were spotless and very carefully maintained. The location is strategic, just steps from the sea and Samsara Beach, and it's a great spot for staying with friends. The staff were kind, friendly, and always ready to sort out problems. They were also very helpful with nightclub reservations, and the owner has a PR person they really trust. It absolutely deserves its 5-star rating ✨

The bathroom was nice and practical, and the balcony was big enough to eat on, though the view wasn't great. The six-person room felt cramped, and there weren't many kitchen supplies. We had to pay a mandatory €10 per person for final cleaning, yet still had to leave the kitchen spotless. The manager wanted to take €10 each from our deposit, claiming the dishes weren't clean enough, which wasn't true. I don't see why the kitchen had to be spotless after a €60 cleaning fee, and I especially disliked the manager's arrogant way of demanding €60 from the deposit over dirty dishes. We were also pointed toward a promoter who seemed a bit of a rip-off, since he didn't know about parties for 17-year-olds. Check carefully before trusting Mikey.

The apartment was spacious and tastefully furnished, and the setting was clean with excellent hospitality and care for guests. It's almost right on the seafront, with restaurants, shops, the promenade, entertainment, and everything else for an easy vacation just steps away. Recommended.
