We had a wonderful holiday with our group of friends at Residence Cuba. The apartments were lovely and the prices very fair. The owner was always friendly and helpful. It's always a pleasure to come back to Riccione, and we'll be back this summer.

Residence Cuba feels like our summer home now. The apartment is very well maintained, and they add new accommodations every year as they keep working to offer great hospitality. Marco, the owner, is extremely friendly and always available. Angela, who runs the place day to day with him, is efficient and always ready to help. A great place to stay.

I've been coming here for 10 years. The location is strategic, and the value for money is excellent.

The stay was fine until a woman woke us by coming into our room and shouting that we'd left a mess. It was just the dirty dishes from the night before, and we couldn't wash them because there was no detergent. We asked her to wait while we got ready to leave, but she kept coming into the apartment every five minutes while we were getting dressed. In a rude tone, she said we'd have to pay her €50 if we didn't clean everything. Absurd. She was unprofessional and rude, and she lost six customers, including all of us staying in the apartment. I don't recommend going unless you want a traumatic wake-up.
