Simone, the owner, was kind and very helpful. The residence is clean, with spacious apartments, and the location is excellent. I'd recommend it for people traveling with seniors as well.

The owners are wonderful, always helpful, polite, kind, and smiling. You can tell they care about the place and want guests to leave happy with good memories. The rooms are large and clean, and the mattress is genuinely comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful, too. P.S. Even the cat didn't want to go home.

The location is perfect, close to the sea, and the price was average. The rooms are decent but rather cramped and almost bare bones. On the day before our last one, the owner moved us to another room because, he said, he had mixed up arrivals and departures, which he called common in Emilia-Romagna. The new room slept six but had only one bathroom and no kitchen. Housekeeping were rude. We had little time in those final days and couldn't tidy the rooms, and they complained, sometimes loudly, about the mess they had made. Three stars, like the residence, no more.

We booked for the first week of August with friends. The price was very competitive, so we didn't expect anything special, but the apartment still felt shabby. The air conditioning was included, the TV worked, and the price was good. It's also reasonably close to the city center. Inside, though, there was a wobbly table, bunk beds that were not at all stable or comfortable, a roomy shower with a damaged showerhead, and a very old stovetop with silicone coating that seemed questionable. There weren't many dishes, and things felt generally unclean, especially around the beds. The owner was hardly ever there, and the concierge was left unsupervised. There was very little general supervision of the property, and noises of all kinds at night weren't unusual, though that didn't bother us.
