The halls were dark, the room had no heating, and I got sick from staying there. I had to sleep in a full tracksuit and balaclava. The whole place felt cursed from the start, like something horrible must have happened there. It's a paradise for ghost and murder mystery fans. The couple running it felt straight out of a horror film. The woman seemed kind enough, but the man was like a grunting spectre waiting outside the girls' rooms. There was an unsettling energy that could get to anyone who's perceptive. Setting the spooky atmosphere aside, the breakfast eggs were all rotten, the bread stale, and the man rude. Stay away and keep your loved ones safe.

The cleaning was really good, and the cleaning lady was very nice and polite. But I didn't enjoy my week there with a group. The room was small, dark, and old, and the duvet had no cover. I don't think it's hygienic to use the same duvet for everyone. Breakfast was very bad. The coffee was impossible to drink, and there were some yogurts and biscuits, but nothing healthy like fruit. It wasn't worth paying for. I couldn't wait for the week to be over.

It's tucked away nicely in old town Rieti and easy to reach on a motorbike. I showed up without notice and was able to make a reservation. The hotel was clean, and both the staff and management were helpful and welcoming to motorcyclists.
