The location is right in the center, a short walk from the main streets of the historic area, and there's free parking under the house. We stayed for four days with our three-year-old, and the owner was extremely kind and helpful when she greeted us. The apartment is spacious and has all the comforts and essentials, plus a washing machine, dishwasher, and CD player. Everything was exceptionally clean, which matters so much, especially at this time of year. We visited during a cold spell, but the heating worked perfectly and kept the temperature just right all day. If you're planning to visit Mount Terminillo nearby, I STRONGLY RECOMMEND staying at CASETTA DEI SOGNI.
