Villa Dell'Annunziata

Absolutely amazing!

The quiet surroundings made for a really restful stay, and the comfortable bed helped too. Our room was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated. From the moment we arrived, the owner welcomed us warmly, with a smile and a professional manner. The hotel stands on the site of a former monastery and preserves the character of its architecture, with vaulted cloisters, stone walls, and meditative gardens. Everywhere you look, there’s a sense of history, as though you’re travelling through the centuries. It combines charm, comfort, and exceptional service, and it’s very close to the historic center of Rieti. We’re leaving with wonderful memories and one wish, to return as soon as possible. 🌺

The rooms were spotless, and the trip was definitely worth it. Staying here feels a bit like spending time in one of those old villas that FAI sometimes opens to visitors. The place is lovely, and the two people who run it are wonderful, thoughtful, and always willing to help. A few small repairs and updates might be in order, though I can imagine a place like this is hard to manage.

We’ll definitely come back. The staff were genuinely warm and kind, even though there’s no reception in the room. Breakfast didn’t offer much choice, and there’s no elevator. The rooms are a good size, but the blend of old and new styles feels a little off. I think it would be lovely to keep the old Belle Epoque look. It’s a very nice B&B, though it could use better upkeep.
