The owner was very welcoming, and the B&B was well heated. Breakfast was included, but it was a simple one served at a bar 200 meters away. The location is great, though getting there by car is a little inconvenient because it's in a limited traffic zone.

The rooms are very spacious, and the building is historic and very central. Breakfast at the bar is minimal, just a cappuccino and croissant. I'd suggest adding some juice and a savory snack.

Rieti is a lovely city and makes an excellent base for exploring an area full of surprises. We had a really good stay, and the welcoming owner shared lots of tips.

The owner was kind and helpful, and the room was clean. Breakfast was plentiful, but everything was packaged, which I don't eat. We booked a room for five at the end of December, and while the beds were good, the room was quite cold, with the thermometer never going above 17.5 degrees Celsius. The furnishings felt as historic as the building itself. The B&B is right in the center of Rieti, which may suit some people, but it's in a restricted traffic zone and parking isn't convenient. There was no POS service.

Breakfast was included in the price and, during Covid, was served at a café about a hundred meters away. It wasn't particularly exciting, but the stay overall was very pleasant. The host was extremely friendly and helpful, and the room was comfortable. The setting is evocative, with tapestries, paintings, and elegant antique-style furniture in a large, cool, dry space in the heart of Rieti's city center. You can walk straight out onto the main street. Prices are extremely reasonable for the location and service quality. Highly recommended.
