The room could use some refurbishing, and it doesn't get much sunlight if you're planning to spend the day indoors. Still, the in-house wifi is a solid 150 Mbps VDSL connection. The small flat feels like a four-star hotel suite, with contemporary furnishings and what you need for a private, safe stay of two or three days. It's just steps from the city center and beside the lovely riverside walkway.

Chiara is a terrific host, and the place is tidy and neat. It's also very close to Rieti's central tourist spots.

Acqua is a little gem in an old building with exposed wooden beams, tucked into a peaceful alley just a short walk from the center and the main sights. We found the bathroom comfortable and the kitchenette well equipped, which let my wife cook suitable food for her digestive issues. Chiara greeted us like an old friend, cheerful and clearly devoted to her work. Definitely worth a try. Well done, Chiara, congratulations!

I was there for work in early March and found the apartment comfortable, cozy, fully equipped for my needs, and spotless. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable too. Chiara was very kind, helpful, and professional, and made it easy for me to get there and arrange parking. The central location is both strategic and convenient. Highly recommended.
