For families without extreme five-star expectations, this is a great place. At the end of July, €50 per day covered accommodation, breakfast, lunch, dinner, umbrella and beach, drinks with meals, and tourist tax. That was a real bargain. The meals were excellent, and the beach is a four-minute walk away. Mr. Giorgio, the owner, was kind enough to let us keep the room for the whole day when we left, and we even got a full day at the beach. The rooms aren’t particularly new, but this is a two-star hotel with kind, courteous, and helpful service and excellent value. I’m giving the property a super review. Congratulations!

The food was a real highlight, with generous portions that were delicious. Even the kids loved it, and I was surprised by how much my parents ate when they usually eat very little. Mr. Giorgio was friendly and helpful throughout, always trying to meet guests’ needs. We had ten days of pure relaxation and a wonderful time. The property isn’t modern, but it’s clean, well kept, and has what you need. The beach is a short walk away, with friendly staff and plenty of games for little ones. A warm thank you to the hotel staff for being so kind and courteous. See you soon.

The food was excellent, the hotel’s one real strength. Still, we went home a day early because the service was terrible, and we definitely won’t return. The restaurant staff were rude when we made simple requests, like heating baby food. There was no organisation for children at the table, with only two high chairs for the whole hotel. We also had to wait in a queue to return home. The biggest flaw was their inability to accept criticism. Their replies to reviews show a strong verbal defense, as though the customers are the problem. I can’t identify with their way of working, and some hotels do have excellent reviews while others don’t. We stayed four nights. Check-in was delayed, so we lost half a paid beach day despite arriving at 8:30 a.m. Our nine-month-old had no crib in the room, despite our phone agreement. When one arrived later after we asked, it had no mattress, so we made do with pillows kindly brought by housekeeping. The vegetable broth we’d requested for the baby at booking was salty, although we were told it was no problem because they make it daily for small children. They then accused us of not specifying it, even though everyone knows salty broth isn’t good for babies under a year old. Although we asked when booking, the towels weren’t changed daily. The sheets were changed even though they were stained. The shower had no stall, the water was barely warm and never hot, and you could practically sit on the toilet or bidet while washing. They served sweetish wine in bulk; when we mentioned it, they argued instead of finding a solution. Later they gave us a bottle at the end of the meal and tried to convince us it was the same wine, just bottled. Sommelier score: 0.

A terrible August bank holiday experience. The only kind person was the owner of Libra beach club. Mr. Giorgio seemed welcoming at first, but I found him a thief when it came to the bill. Breakfast was poor: on our first day, at 8:00, there were no croissants, and when I asked, I was told they were finished. That was a bit funny on the August bank holiday. When you arrive and ask for something, the answer is that people who arrive late get a bad stay. The sea is more than 500 metres away, not a five-minute walk, and the showers in the third-floor rooms were cold. I won’t forget this bad experience.
