Hotel Bianca Vela

Breakfast had plenty to choose from and they kept replacing dishes as they emptied. Our room was neat, and housekeeping took care of it every day. We arrived six hours before check-in and could leave our bags at reception; then they let us into the room three hours early, which we really appreciated. Everyone at the desk was helpful and spoke English well. The beach is only a few minutes away, and the airport is about a 15-minute walk. We had a great stay, thanks to the staff who made it so pleasant. I’d happily recommend the hotel.

The WiFi dropped out now and then, though I suppose that can happen with so many guests and devices connected. Everything else felt lovely. The staff were so kind, and the air-conditioning worked great for me despite complaints I’d read elsewhere. They also sorted out the coffee machine problem quickly. Thanks so much to the team, and especially to the lovely receptionist who was there every morning. I’m sorry I didn’t get to say goodbye!

It cost a lot for what we got, and the breakfast was disappointing. The entrance also isn’t suitable for strollers or people with disabilities. Our bed was bad, and the place felt old-fashioned overall. I didn’t like the way the staff were treated, either. I’d avoid it if you can.

The hot breakfast dishes, like eggs and sausages, were gone by 9. The rest was great: a comfortable bed, good breakfast, friendly staff, and a really convenient location.
