Hotel Due Mari

The meals were a real highlight, from breakfast through dinner, everything tasted fresh and was prepared with care. Our room was modern and thoughtfully designed, and it was spotless each day. We spent 8 days and 7 nights here, and the team made the stay feel special with their friendly, attentive help, whether we needed advice or just a morning smile. Everything went beyond what we expected. Thanks to everyone for a memorable holiday.

We came back to Hotel 2 Mari for a second year, and it still feels just right for us with our two little girls. There’s entertainment for the kids, the beach is roomy and fairly quiet, and the spa is nice. The rooms are new, too. We especially enjoyed the generous breakfast and dinner buffets, plus the excellent cuisine showcasing local and national dishes.

I chose this trip so my parents could revisit Rimini, where we spent many years in the 1980s. We had booked two sea-view Junior Suites, and both rooms were spacious, clean, and modern, with nicely fitted bathrooms. The restaurant experience was disappointing. The food was mediocre, and ants were crawling over it, which was disgusting. The staff there seemed grumpy and unwelcoming. A waitress spilled hot coffee across our table, barely missing me, and didn’t even apologize. We’re paying for a holiday and hoped for some of that genuine Italian warmth. A smile would make things feel much more relaxed, and when you say Grazie, it would be nice to hear Prego back. If good food or basic food hygiene matters to you, I wouldn’t stay here. I saw the hotel’s previous replies saying food is served to the public behind glass screens to prevent cross-contamination. That doesn’t seem convincing when ants are getting onto the food from the staff’s side of the screen.

We had a great stay with our large-breed dog. The staff were very kind and helpful, and the place looks great. The rooms seem newly built or renovated, and they were clean and well constructed.
