The breakfast was low quality, and the coffee machine was broken. Even with the good location, I wouldn’t recommend staying here. Our room was cramped and tiny, with barely enough space to unpack a suitcase, and it hadn’t been cleaned properly. The bathroom was just as disappointing. The whole place seemed like it hadn’t been renovated in ages.

The receptionists would unlock and enter our room without knocking or warning us. They also kept my passport for the rest of the stay without telling me or giving a reason, and we thought it had been stolen. The room was dusty, the sheets had old blood stains that didn’t look like anyone had tried to wash out, and someone else’s hair was in the shower drain. It didn’t seem like the shower had been cleaned at all.

My children had a lovely time and enjoyed their vacation. It was a perfect experience for me too, with a nice team and good service. I want to come back every year.
