The entertainment team made a real difference for families. Mirko, Sara and Sofia brought energy and dedication to the children from morning through the evening, and their enthusiasm and kindness really stood out. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel has a welcoming atmosphere. Food is served buffet-style, it’s good quality, and the menu changes daily. The hotel is in an excellent spot, just 50 meters from the beach. There were some drawbacks during our stay. The dining area had flies, which made eating unpleasant. The hotel has just one small elevator, so waits can be long and it stops frequently on every floor. The room furniture was old and damaged, the spring mattress was uncomfortable, the pillows were very thin, and the air conditioning didn’t cool effectively. The beds and dining conditions could use improvement, but I’d still recommend the place for its location, service, and entertainment for children.

The staff at Carlton Beach Hotel were so welcoming, always smiling, and the rooms were spotless. We loved being just a few steps from the beach and the food was excellent. The bed felt a little uncomfortable to me, but we still had such a lovely stay that we're planning to come back next year. Sending our thanks and greetings to everyone there. 😊

We had a very clean room, a good breakfast, and such nice staff. The hotel is right by the beach, and you can watch the sunrise from the balcony. Definitely recommend it!

The reception service was great, but the rooms feel dated and the area gets very loud.
