The breakfast was great, and there were good facilities and activities for children. My daughter was very happy. Staff were polite, always smiling, and ready to help. Compared with other hotels in the area, they really try to speak English and make the stay enjoyable. The only reason I’m not giving five stars is the old room furniture. We knew about it before booking and were okay with that.

The reception staff were genuinely nice, but that was about the only positive. The room and bathroom were tiny, the TV was very small, and the room was filthy, with hair everywhere. We’d requested two separate beds, but they forgot; when I brought it up, they said the room was too small. There wasn’t any shampoo either. I paid far too much for what felt like a one-star hotel, and breakfast wasn’t good enough to recommend. Everything seemed outdated, and I was very disappointed.

The staff made our six days here especially lovely. Everyone was kind, attentive, and quick to take care of any request, and I’ve never met a sweeter hotel team. We also really enjoyed the food at both breakfast and dinner. The beach is very close, and the location worked perfectly for us. I’d strongly recommend this hotel for a holiday.
