Hotel Cheri is conveniently placed for exploring the area, and the clean, well-kept rooms made for a comfortable, no-frills stay. The kind, accommodating service was the best part. Breakfast, though, was repetitive and short on variety, with no fresh vegetables and poor-quality coffee. Kettles were said to be available in the rooms, but there were only a few and I couldn’t get one during my stay. If you want straightforward accommodation with friendly service, it does the job. Anyone who cares a lot about breakfast may want more.

The staff and the manager were especially attentive to what guests needed, and that helped make our stay better than expected. The hotel is well run, very clean in both the rooms and shared areas, and close to the sea. Parking being available is a big plus if you come by car, and the quality for the price is excellent.

I was given a room that was completely different from what I’d booked and paid for, which made the place feel very misleading. There was no balcony or sea view, and instead of a queen or king bed there were two beds pushed together. There was no private beach either, you have to pay for it. I’d called ahead to ask for a small fridge and a top-floor room, but got neither, even later when it was possible after the weekend crowds had left. I’d have better luck somewhere else.

The room was small, but the staff were great, kind, and always available. The sea is very close.

The owners are friendly and professional. It’s a family-run hotel, with clean rooms that smell lovely and a breakfast of delicious products. The food is simple and authentic.
