The conflicting answers about payment left me deeply disappointed. One staff member agreed I could transfer the money on 28/08, but another later insisted I pay by card immediately or the booking would be cancelled. They didn’t seem willing to understand that I’d pay in just a few days, before check-in. When I booked, the ad said “pay at the hotel,” with nothing due upfront. A friend and I each made a booking based on that. Then a few days ago my bank told me the hotel had tried to charge me in advance for three nights. I didn’t have the funds available right then, but I knew I’d be paid shortly and was committed to the stay. I’d already bought my flight, so I explained the situation through the online chat and asked for the bank details to make the transfer. In the end I had to cancel and find somewhere else to stay, now far from my friend, which disrupted my travel plans. What should have been an enjoyable holiday was affected by poor customer service and policies that felt misleading. I hope the hotel reviews how it handles these situations. Staff should give consistent information and show basic understanding when a guest is trying to sort things out in good faith. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t feel comfortable recommending the hotel.

The sea view was amazing, and we could also enjoy the lovely pool in the garden. The owners and staff were kind and helpful, and their wonderful service made the stay really comfortable. I had a great time at Hotel Costazzurra, and it was an unforgettable experience.

Our room was small but clean, with a sea view. The bathroom had an unpleasant smell, and its window wouldn’t open. Breakfast was average for my taste, though the croissants were nice. Some staff spoke English well and others less so, but they were friendly. We’d arranged an airport pickup and they forgot, so we took a taxi, which was cheaper. A taxi from the hotel to the train station cost us 15eu for 4 persons. I didn’t fully understand the charges, but calling from the hotel cost 2euro, and luggage was charged extra.

The staff made the stay for us. ALEX looked after us the whole time and was always helpful and flexible. He made us feel at home, and he, VLADIMIR, and DIMITRIJ were a great team with such positive energy. We stayed four nights at the end of September with friends, and we all agreed from the moment we arrived that it was the best choice we could have made. Our room was clean, the sea view from the balcony was outstanding, and we really enjoyed the fresh, varied breakfast. Highly recommended, and we’ll definitely be back 😊

The rooms are excellent, and the staff are really friendly. Breakfast is very good, with a wide range of food and snacks. An amazing place to stay in Rimini, highly recommended.
