Hotel Crown

The rooms were tiny, very hostel-like, and nothing like the pictures. You get what you pay for, sure, but I'd definitely stay away since there are better places nearby for the same price.

The sea view from the window was amazing, and the receptionists were really pleasant and kind. Breakfast was fine. The room was very small for four people, though, and the shower door was broken and the shower itself didn't work well.

The service was the best, the rooms were really comfortable, and the price was fair. I was very satisfied.

I booked the room for September 4-10, but only stayed from the 4th to the 7th. This morning I was made to leave in a rude way. I don't consider that good customer service, especially from an administrator or owner who's worked there for 32 years. Problems should be discussed and sorted out normally, not handled rudely. On our third day, the toilet was draining slowly. We hadn't done anything wrong, just used it normally, so I told the administrator and asked for it to be fixed. He angrily said he'd look into it. We went for a walk, and when we came back he was yelling, said it was a big problem and our fault, and said he'd called a plumber and we were causing trouble. He told me I had to leave. We went to pack our bags, and the room cleaners were in the bathroom. Within ten minutes they'd fixed it and the water was draining normally. The administrator never came back to apologize or explain what was happening. We only understood from a voice recording translated through Google Translate that everything was working fine, according to the cleaners. When we went downstairs with our bags, he started yelling again and rudely blamed us. In the end, it was fixed, and there had been no need for a plumber. Why were we kicked out if the issue was sorted in five minutes? Why speak to us like that, and why were we expected to leave while still paying for the full stay? We couldn't even talk normally because he kept saying it was a big problem and our fault. If we'd actually done something wrong, I don't think we would have told them at all, and we could have used another bathroom. We were still kicked out and charged the full price.
