Just a couple of minutes on foot from the beach, places to eat, and other amenities, so the location worked really well. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and recently redone. The family and staff were so attentive and helpful, and easy to talk to. Happy to come back!

I got my transfer at 8:30 sharp, paid the 32€ for my room, and said I wouldn't return. The receptionist even joked that I could have paid as soon as 8:30 and that it was impossible I had no money before then. They clearly don't understand how bank transfers work, and they showed no trust or manners. I would give zero stars if I could. A business should know how to treat a customer who's having a problem, and these people need to learn how to deal with others. This happened after my one night stay on 22nd of June. On the morning of the 23rd I had a very poor breakfast from a bad buffet, with the worst, really disgusting coffee I've ever had in Italy. I asked at reception about checkout, and they immediately demanded payment. I explained in very good Italian several times that my money would arrive in a few minutes, after 8:30 when the banks open transactions and it reaches my account. They called two big men and locked all the hotel's doors because they were afraid I would leave without paying, though they had my ID and my bag, including a Mac worth much more than 32€. I tried to call my employer to explain I was going to be late, but they followed me and listened to my private call. Checkout time hadn't arrived, yet they wouldn't let me outside, not even into the front yard or onto the porch. I had to go back to my room and wait for the transfer. While I was there, someone opened the door and came in to check on me. They deliberately invaded my privacy and accused me of refusing to pay after I'd explained the situation over and over.

The breakfast buffet had a good range of fresh food and was really tasty. The beach is only a short walk away, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We've stayed there twice and would highly recommend it. I enjoyed my time there a lot.

Elisabeth has created a lovely family feeling, and the service makes you feel at home. The hotel is two minutes from the sea, with parking a four-minute walk away. Breakfasts were tasty, with different foods, fruit, and sweets. The rooms are on the small side and could use some renovation, but they were clean and pleasant. WiFi worked in the rooms without any problems. Thanks, and recommended!
