The bed setup for the children was a real concern. My other family members paid extra for bunck beds, but the top bunk was held in place with a string of wires, and their mother was afraid to let the kids sleep there. We tried to find another hotel and couldn't, since everything was booked for Ferragosto, a major holiday in Italy. Our group was six people, four adults and two children. We met in Rimini from different countries and stayed up late talking on the first night. The owner told us off rudely the next day, apparently because we were too loud. We apologized, but we weren't the only guests staying up late, and somehow he singled us out. The rooms and towels were dirty, and the bed sheets and pillowcases were ripped. The food was very mediocre, dry, and served in strange portions, so we eventually started eating out. The owners lacked communication skills and professionalism, despite this being a family business. For a double room, we paid 1000+ euros for seven nights. This isn't a three-star hotel. Even if you're short on money and only want a brief holiday without caring about the food or cleanliness, I still wouldn't recommend it. Never again.

The location is excellent, but the rooms and furnishings are dated and the food choices are very limited. I was on full board through Booking.com and understood that I only had to pay the tourist tax on site. Twice, though, they also charged me for drinks: one water and one Pepsi every two days, which came to 13 euros per day. There was a DJ night on August 15th. As someone who has been a DJ for 30 years, I was curious and stopped by. The DJ's music choices and mixes felt improvised and made no sense. You'd have a better night at any bar with a digital player. Also on the night of August 15th, an alcoholic guest in the room next door started banging on everything and yelling, making a huge racket in the middle of the night.

Several things were broken, and the air conditioning kept acting up. The hotel itself was good, but the food was quite hard and more or less the same each day.

“Now you saw what a beautiful room I gave you.” That was how our vacation began 😆😆 It's a family-run hotel with home cooking, and everything was perfect. The location is top-notch, close to everything, and there's parking. Our room was big enough for a family.

The welcome was wonderful, and the staff were excellent. We were only there for a few days, but a lot needs attention: the bathrooms need redoing, the room doors need work, and the menu never changed, with grilled fish for both lunch and dinner. In the morning there was just one croissant. Plenty to revisit, though I have no complaint about the hospitality.
