When we arrived, it looked like our booking agent hadn’t reserved our room. Management stepped in and let us use a room while the issue was sorted out, which happened quickly. For the rest of our week, the staff were consistently friendly, courteous, and helpful, and made the holiday better.

Chef Rino and the whole team treated us to some memorable meals. His food was consistently appreciated for its quality and imaginative presentation, and everyone was already talking about coming back next year. The hotel was great for families, especially children, from the food and restaurant to the entertainment. Alessia and the other entertainer kept both adults and kids happily occupied. Alessia was attentive and punctual, and deserves a special thank you. I spent a very pleasant week here with my husband, our two children, aged 12 and 3, and our poodle Perla. The buffet was delicious, with plenty of choices, especially if you like fish. At mealtimes, beer, several kinds of wine, and soft drinks are available on tap, with glasses and carafes too. The all-inclusive deal is worthwhile. The small downside is that outside meal times, soft drinks come in 0.2-liter plastic cups, though you can get more than one. Beer and wine come in larger plastic cups. The beach is only a short walk away, and two loungers per room are included. There’s a large, fun bouncy castle for kids at the hotel. The staff are very friendly, and even provided a cake for a birthday party. Parking costs €10 per day. The rooms and hotel are clean, and the pool is clean as well. The equipment is dated, especially the air conditioning, which is quite loud and doesn’t cool very well. The toilets by the pool and bar are in poor condition, with a bowl either missing or broken. If you’re after good food and a holiday near the beach, this place could suit you.
