The food was bland, repetitive, and awful, with no meat on the menu and pasta day after day. If you want decent meals, look elsewhere. The room’s air conditioner also didn’t work in 35°C heat. We reported it several times at reception, but nobody fixed it or even seemed to try. The staff were incredibly rude and unprofessional. Nobody spoke or understood English, and when we asked for help, they laughed in our faces instead of trying to assist. Cleaning was a mess too: everything was dusty and dirty, and towels went unchanged for days. Hygiene clearly wasn’t a priority. We stayed a few days at this so-called “three-star” hotel in Rimini, and it was one of our worst travel experiences. I strongly advise against staying here. Paying a little more for somewhere decent would be better than having your vacation ruined.

Luca, Asia, Rita and Salvatore made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They were warm, kind, and ready to help, and every request we made was taken seriously and handled quickly with a smile. Their friendliness in our everyday interactions made the place feel like home. We’ll remember this wonderful, heartwarming stay for a long time and will cherish it. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We hope to see you again!

The air conditioning was basically useless. The room itself was badly renovated, and the food was awful, with pasta and peas as our usual lunch. Cleaning was awful too: they came into the room whenever they wanted, and always seemed to have complaints about us. Even the broken door plinth from our first day took two days to fix. I usually don’t leave reviews, but this hotel was just awful. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Being near the beach and having a good time in Rimini is easy from this hotel. The staff were the best, and Asia, Rita, Salvatore and Luca made our stay so much better. Definitely coming back!
