The manager was friendly and helpful the whole time, and the rooms were clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. Extras are available, though it’s probably best to ask ahead to make sure they’re there. I didn’t try breakfast, so I can’t comment on it. It’s not very central, but the walk into the center is pleasant. I wasn’t impressed by the buses or Metromare based on my experience. Still, I recommend this place.

The main drawback is being close to the train station. Depending on where your room is, passing trains can be noisy. Otherwise, it’s a simple, practical, affordable hotel in a handy spot for Rimini and the surrounding area. The Metromare stop at Toscanini is nearby, as is the sea, just a few minutes on foot. The staff were friendly and helpful, and public transport makes it easy to reach.

The rooms were really clean, and the welcome was top notch. LILLO was phenomenal and helpful, and so was his wife. The station nearby is the only downside, but after the first day you stop noticing it and don’t hear it anymore. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT 😊

The room was spotless and had all the essentials, including a very relaxing hydromassage shower. The place itself is welcoming, and the two innkeepers are genuinely great hosts, always friendly and kind. The only reason for my 3 stars instead of 4 is the location right by the station. The windows face the railway, and every passing train is very loud, with about a 15-minute delay. Apart from that, the value for money is excellent. 👍👍👍
