Hotel Luca

The terrace had a table and chairs, and both the room and bathroom were spacious. Even with just a fan, the room stayed cool in the shade. The furniture looked like it was from the 1980s, but the generous room size made everything comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful, bikes were free to use, and the staff were friendly. They clearly loved the dogs. As others have mentioned, it feels closer to a three-star hotel.

The beach you have an agreement with was the one bright spot. There were five of us in the room, including two children, and it felt crowded. I also want to correct the claim that she helped us find somewhere else to stay, because that is simply not true and would contradict what happened. The night before our stay, we came by to ask whether there was air conditioning. Had we seen the room then, we would have cancelled: there was dust, dog hair, and hair on the bed and floor. We didn’t eat lunch because the food was reheated. She saw that we hadn’t eaten but didn’t ask why. For a thousand reasons, this was an experience I’d rather forget.

We had a really good stay, and the owner was warm and willing to help with whatever we needed. The rooms were clean, as you’d expect for the hotel’s category. Breakfast choices were a little limited, but full board made up for that with lunch and dinner. The sea is only steps away, and there are bikes for exploring the city. A lovely place for families, thanks for everything.

For the price, this is good value in the area, and I’d keep it in mind for another visit. I was pleasantly surprised, especially having never stayed in a one-star hotel before. I didn’t eat because I wouldn’t have had time. Bus stops are nearby, and you can walk to Rimini’s city center or the fairgrounds if you enjoy a longer stroll. My room had a small balcony. The furnishings were old but worked fine, though the bathroom also felt a bit dated. Better than some two-star places.
