Hotel Luna Rimini

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. The air conditioning didn’t work, the shower hose leaked, and the drain was clogged.

The management was terrible, with unprofessional owners. They’re aggressive in WhatsApp voice messages, but act like domestic animals in real life.

We booked a double room through Booking.com for two nights in mid-November 2025. On arrival, a scruffy-looking owner checked us in straight away. We paid cash because the card machine wasn’t working, then took a tiny elevator up one floor. The room was freezing, dirty, and tiny, with two double beds taking up almost all the space. It smelled of stale smoke. The bathroom was old, dirty, and freezing too. I told my husband I wouldn’t sleep there, and he agreed. We went back downstairs, where the owner apologized and returned our money. He was honest about that, but I strongly advise against booking this hotel.

We had five wonderful days here. The staff were welcoming, kind, friendly, and helpful from the moment we arrived. Breakfast offered a bit of everything, and it was all well prepared. Our room was spotless and smelled lovely, with nothing to complain about. The beach is only five minutes away, and the nearby shops and restaurants were all open. Getting around was easy too, with buses and bicycles available and access at any time. The place has everything you’d expect for its star rating, but a holiday also depends on the mood you bring with you. We want to come back soon. Thanks for the smiles, good mornings, and great service. See you soon!
