The hotel lends out bicycles, and there are safe cycle paths nearby. At the beach, you can join daily activities and even do a workout. Back at the hotel, there was a raffle with prizes, a bocce tournament on the beach, and a musical evening. We had an excellent stay and were welcomed warmly.

The homemade cakes at breakfast were excellent, and there was a wide choice of hot and cold food. Meals were fresh and really good too. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were friendly and ready to help. It's close to the beach, shops, the metro, and buses. We got such a warm welcome that I'll definitely come back. A 10/10 for the staff and owners.

Matteo and his father deserve credit for the way they run the hotel. We stayed a week as a family and felt at home, with a friendly atmosphere and care in the details. The food was AMAZING: there was a lunch and dinner menu, plus a separate menu with endless choices if you wanted something different. The first and second courses were plentiful and fresh, and there was a whole dessert menu, plenty of fruit, and a salad buffet. I highly recommend Hotel Mauri. It's a name you can trust.

The quote and reservation were arranged over the phone, but on arrival there was also an unacceptable charge of €44 per day. They were unpleasant and left us feeling backed into a corner. I still want to thank the gentleman who found us a 3-star hotel at the last minute, with a pool, balcony, and beach access, and no extra charges. Shameful experience. Read all the reviews carefully, since the positive ones may be from friends or family. 😡😡😡
