For the price, it's a good hotel. It's cheap, but the beds are good and there's air conditioning, which is great in the summer. There's a train track nearby, though. I slept fine, since I can sleep anywhere, but if noise every 45 minutes would keep you awake, I wouldn't recommend it. Breakfast service was the best part. The staff were incredibly sweet and really tried to make it a great experience. They made good cappuccinos and remembered what I liked. If the hotel weren't next to a train track, I'd give it five stars. The staff themselves deserve 12 out of 10. Ciao!

I didn't book the place or look into it beforehand, and after staying two nights I can say I wish I had, because we would never have chosen it. I'm not expecting luxury, just cleanliness and decent furnishings. The area is awful, right beside the train station. There's constant noise, and the vibrations even shake the beds. The window is broken and can't be shut without making it impossible to open again. The room had swollen, damp walls, broken false-ceiling panels, and bedside tables and cupboards that were difficult to open. The bathroom is tiny, with the toilet practically in the shower, no bidet, and a sink so low it sits about 1.10 meters from the floor. The ceiling is only 1.85 meters high, so I don't know whether it meets the rules. Even the shower head is tiny, about the size of a Barbie doll. The sheets and towels were dirty, and they only change them at the end of the stay unless you pay extra. They required payment upfront. I can see why now, since people might see the room and leave. We arrived late, so I didn't. By then, they had already taken payment for the stay. I should have seen the warning signs in the lobby, but it was really late.
