Hotel Stella Polare

Two weeks before our arrival, we got an email saying a cancellation request had been accepted, even though we hadn't asked to cancel our booking on booking.com. The platform also said the credit card on file was invalid. I tried another card, but it was immediately declined, which was strange since we'd used it to book hotels earlier that same day. I contacted the hotel by chat and email and got no response. Within 24 hours booking.com canceled the reservation, apparently automatically after the hotel reported my card as invalid. Still, nobody from the hotel had reached out. Shame on them for trying to cancel our booking with such an elaborate scheme. I'll never stay here.

The breakfast was very good, and the hotel is well located close to the beach path. The rooms are basic but clean, and the parking is paid and secure. The staff in Rimini were very helpful and important. Good value for the price.

We were a family of five adults and were treated like five-star guests by the reception team, waiters, and lifeguard. The staff were lovely, especially Serene. Even in the older part where we stayed, things were now bright and clean. It's a great, inexpensive hotel in a good location, with a pool, and feels more like a four-star place. Don't let the negative reviews or the peeling plaster at the front put you off. Highly recommended.

We had a nice experience here. The staff were nice, our room was clean, and breakfast was great. The price was very good, and the hotel is close to the beach.
