Hotel Villa Alberta

I booked through Expedia, and some amenities I expected were missing and had to be paid for separately. The room was very small and not very clean. I had to wipe out the drawers, and one still had a towel from the previous guest stuck inside. There were cigars on the terrace; I reported them, but they stayed there for three days. The sheets were stained, though they were changed right away. The bathroom had a window looking onto the interior corridor. The showerhead was hung between the toilet and bidet, so showering meant getting the fixtures wet too. The towel rack was chipped and rusty.

The staff were very rude, and when we asked for another room, they said ours was the best in the hotel. We’d booked a triple room, but the building felt old, run-down, and very dirty. The bathroom was appalling, both for cleanliness and layout. There was no shower tray, and the shower was practically over the bidet, so you had to wash on the floor. We’ll contact the local health authority because hygiene and health standards seemed completely lacking.

We arrived to find a room that didn’t match its description. The furnishings were like a dump, and cleanliness was lacking. The bathroom was awful, with the shower overlapping the bidet and toilet and no curtain. Let’s not even get into breakfast. An experience to avoid.

The food was indescribable, everything felt disorganized, and the hours were absurd. Our room was tiny, shabby, and not very clean, nothing like the posted photos. The bathroom was even worse: the shower was between the toilet and bidet, it flooded, and the water was uncontrollable. The place felt dirty and unwelcoming. I wouldn’t recommend it even to my worst enemy!
