Andrea and the aunt gave us great customer service. This family really knows hospitality. From the moment I walked into the Hotel, they made us feel at home. The rooms are small, but comfortable, cozy and well cleaned. Breakfast is balanced and good quality. The only issue I found was the Wi-Fi (NI), though that's probably going to be fixed soon. The service feels like that of a 3-star hotel, and hopefully you can claim the rating soon. It was a real pleasure staying here, and I'll recommend it to everyone. GRAZIE

After a long flight, we had to stay at the airport and find another hotel because this one simply wasn't working for us. We had booked through booking.com and already paid, but when my husband called at night, around 11pm, the woman said her nephew would only be at the hotel in the morning and they couldn't accommodate us. The hotel advertises 24/7 desk service, yet leaves guests without help at night after taking their money. We tried to get our money back through booking, but the hotel denied the refund. This is a pure scam. The owner should be ashamed. Do not trust this hotel.

The beach is only about 100-150 meters from the hotel, and we had a great time during our six-day stay. Our all-inclusive package covered a generous buffet breakfast, lunch, dinner and desserts, and everything was very delicious. Andrea and his family were very kind. The hotel was good value for money. Its location is great, 150 meters from the beach, with places to eat and drink nearby. The rooms were clean, and room service came every day. The employees were very nice and polite. I found breakfast much more limited than the reviews suggested. It's the same every morning, and if you stay more than three days you'll get sick of it. There's no fresh latte for cereal, just a powdered one from a machine. The machine coffee is low quality, as are the juices.

It's hard to find anything similar for that price. The atmosphere is amazing, and the wine and food are great. Though it may be a 2-star hotel, you get treated better than at many 4- or 5-star hotels nearby. The concierge and rest of the staff were amazing, and you can feel it's a full Italian family business. We were told it's quite a new hotel. The location is really great, 300m from the beach area and a 30-minute walk to the city center. Parking is very limited, though it's hard to blame the hotel for that. The area is fully commercialized, and every spot counts. True Italian vibes ;)
