The breakfast was by far the worst part: rock-hard bread, with only omelette and jam to put on it. No cheese or ham, in ITALY! Rooms don't have a fridge, and there isn't one at reception for guests to share. They also turn off the hotel's general AC from September, even when it's still 30°C outside. Housekeeping was awful. The room wasn't cleaned unless I asked the cleaner myself, despite daily cleaning supposedly being included. Empty shower gel was left empty, and there was still sand on the floor after their “cleaning.” In the mornings, cleaning staff slammed doors so loudly there was no sleeping in. When I mentioned the problems, staff behaved badly, with no apology or offer of compensation. The rooms were far too small, and the service was bad all around. Worst hotel ever. Better stay away.

Franco and Guglielmo deserve special thanks. They're welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help, which gives the place a warm, familiar feel where you feel right at home. I stayed at this hotel in Rimini and loved how close it is to the beach, just steps away. I highly recommend it if you're after a relaxing, enjoyable holiday in Rimini!

Just a few meters away, there's private parking, and the hotel itself is near the sea. Staff are cheerful, friendly, and helpful. The rooms are simple but clean, and breakfast has sweet and savory choices. We didn't get a chance to have lunch or dinner, though the smells and menu looked tempting. We'll try them next time.

I've been coming here for 30 years, whenever I can get away from the city's chaos. I love them! The family who runs the hotel is fantastic and always tries to do as much as possible for you, even if they never feel it's enough. The rooms are clean, and the rest of the hotel is kept tidy too. There's plenty of food, it's very good and all made by them, and the price is great. What can I say? GRANDIII

I had a wonderful stay and will be back very soon. The hotel is right near the sea and has very convenient parking. The food was excellent and delicious, the cleanliness impeccable, and the manager and staff were all incredibly courteous.
