Lodge in Rimini Family Village Near the Beach

The grounds are lovely, full of flowers and greenery, and the sea is only about a five-minute walk away. Our new deluxe bungalow was spotless when we arrived, with linen provided for the whole stay, a great terrace, and two bathrooms that were handy for our family. We stayed with my family and two nephews, and the staff were very kind and helpful. They answered our questions, booked a taxi when I asked, and even helped us retrieve a hair clip we’d forgotten at the pool. The children’s animation programs ran throughout the day. I wouldn’t choose the full board option, though. You can eat outside the resort for less, and often get tastier food. Towels and sunbeds also cost extra. It was a lovely stay and we’d be happy to return.

The camping was beautiful, very clean, and had friendly staff. We had a great stay thanks to Matteo from Roan. My mom broke her leg during the trip, and Matteo went out of his way to help us stay and enjoy the camping. He built a bridge up to the mobile home porch so we could wheel the wheelchair up, and helped us with it every day.

The dog trainer was there every day with useful advice, and the evening shows from the staff were seriously impressive. We spent a week here with our child and dog, which was our first summer trip with a dog, so we’d been a little unsure how it would go. The facilities worked really well for both kids and dogs. They’ve set a high standard for our next dog-friendly holiday.

The beach loungers cost so much that most people leave them unused, and there were usually only around ten occupied across the whole beach. The pool also felt too small for the number of guests, often crowded, with too few loungers around it. Food and shopping at the market were expensive too. At the restaurant, portions were small for the price, while in central Rimini we paid the same for twice as much food and a lovely beach view. This was our second visit, and the camp has changed a lot since we were last here three years ago. It’s been renovated and looks much nicer. Reception staff were cheerful and helpful, and the animation team kept things lively and creative for adults and kids alike.
